Retreat Description

Join us for a relaxing, down-to-earth half-day nature connection retreat.

In a world of nearly constant distraction that is so fast-paced and hyper-focused on “to-dos”, it’s essential to give ourselves the gift of rest and ease. When we turn toward the natural world with openness and curiosity, our nervous systems naturally settle, allowing for greater peace, well-being, and joy in the present moment.

Our time together will include guided meditation, contemplative time in nature, a discussion circle, and a closing ritual.

Beginners and experienced meditation practitioners are welcome. Simply bring a willingness to show up and be present.

Note: Lunch will not be included.

Price

Sliding Scale - $25-75
